FP Costruzioni was founded in 2006 with a clear ambition: to think, create and build at the highest level. Known throughout Italy and across much of Europe, the firm operates in high-end construction and renovation.
FP Costruzioni is also firmly established in the railway sector — through station refurbishments — and in residential and hospitality, with restyling interventions for luxury properties.

FP Costruzioni is founded in Milan with its first residential site in the Sempione district.
CIVIL - 2011First major hotel
Entry into hospitality with the refurbishment of a 4-star hotel in central Milan.
HOSPITALITY - 2015Railway sector
Start of contracts for RFI and Trenord on stations and technical depots.
RAILWAY - 2018ISO 9001
Quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015.
