New Project in Milan Garibaldi: 6-Storey Renovation Underway for a Luxury Hospitality Development

We are proud to announce the official launch of a major new construction site in Milan's vibrant Garibaldi district, one of the city's most dynamic and sought-after locations. The project involves the comprehensive renovation of an entire 6-storey building, which will be transformed into an exclusive luxury hospitality destination. The intervention aims to elevate the property to the highest standards of international hospitality, combining high-end design, refined finishes, and top-tier guest comfort. During this initial phase, site teams are carrying out preliminary strip-out, selective demolition, and site setup, establishing the foundation for the upcoming floor plan layout changes and full-building MEP systems installations across all six levels.
