A New Prestigious Project in Rome: Restoring a Historic Villa into a Boutique Hotel

We are proud to announce the start of initial site works for an extraordinary redevelopment project in Rome’s historic city center. The project involves the complete restoration and adaptive reuse of a historic villa into a refined boutique hotel. These first look photos capture the property in its current state—ready for a complete transformation that will highlight exposed brickwork, grand staircases, and original ceiling frescoes, all of which will be meticulously preserved. Preliminary tasks and initial structural reinforcement are already underway to pave the way for this major overhaul. FP Costruzioni aims to blend the timeless architectural charm of Rome's heritage with the highest modern standards of luxury and comfort. Stay tuned as we bring this remarkable historical space back to life!
